About Me!

My full name is Seyed Yahya Zahedi Fard, though I commonly go by Yahya Zahedi. Currently, I am (officially) a Ph.D. student specializing in Information Technology. In 2016, I successfully defended my master’s degree in Iran. Subsequently, I joined a research group in Semnan to commence work on my Ph.D. thesis. However, an enticing job opportunity from a company in Germany prompted me to pursue my career in another country, causing me to temporarily halt my Ph.D. studies after five years of dedicated work.

Finding a job abroad can be a challenging endeavor, but I am grateful that in 2021, I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer from ICT GmbH in Germany. This incredible opportunity allowed me to fulfill my dreams and provided me with the valuable experience of working and living in another remarkable country.

My professional journey began in 2014 as a help desk engineer, where I had the privilege of working for multiple companies simultaneously. Over these years, I have successfully transitioned into a virtualization consultant role, acquiring extensive knowledge and experience in virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud technologies. I take immense pride in being a self-directed and self-managed individual, consistently striving for ongoing process improvements in every task I undertake.

Currently, I am employed as a Virtualization Consultant at ITQ, an exceptional company with wonderful colleagues. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of this team. During my leisure time, I indulge in activities such as watching movies, playing computer games, and writing blogs. Some of my favorite games include FIFA and Call of Duty.
